Dr. Rajeshwar Mishra, Director, Center for Development of Human Initiatives (CDHI), visited the project in the month of February 2005 to facilitate the workshop on Gender Orientation for senior project management.

Mr. Handoko Widagdo, World Education, Indonesia visited the project in the month of May 2004 as Facilitator in the Season long training of trainers course on FFS – IPM in Vegetables, focusing on usage of Non Formal Educational methods.

Mr. Prabhat Kumar, Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok visited the project in the month of June as a facilitator for the Season long training of trainers course on FFS – IPM in vegetables, focusing on Entomology.

David Kahler, Vice President, World Education visited the project in the month of June to participate in the season long training of trainers course on FFS – IPM in Vegetables, apart from participating in preliminary workshop on FFS-Water.

Mr. Mario Corado, World Education, Phillippines visited the project in the month of June as a facilitator for the Season long training of trainers course on FFS – IPM in Vegetables.

Mr. Yousuf Simick of Center for Mountain Dynamics (CMD) and Ms. Kabita Battaria of Canadian Center for Internation Studies and Cooperation (CECI) visited our project in the month end of June to facilitate the season long training of trainers course of FFS- IPM in Vegetables

Mr. B. Hussain Saheb, Agricultural Officer, Agricultural Department, Karnataka; Mr. N. Selvam, Agricultural Development Officer, Thiruvadanai, Tamilnadu; and Mr. K. Nagaraju, Agricultural Officer, Agricultural Department, Karnataka, visited the project as a Facilitator for the Season long training course on FFS-IPM in Vegetables.

Mr.Gerk Bonn from Practica Foundation to study the possibilities in the farm on alternative pumps a demonstration on 3rd March 2005

Mr.Rajeswar Mishra has come to farm to prepare a strategy paper on gender and institutions during 30 and 31st March 2004.

The program in charge of the social security program has visited BIRDS between 1-3 of April 2004.

Mr.Ashok from ICICI has visited BIRDS to see the possibilities to support the loan fund on 23 April 2004.
 
Team from FWWB has visited BIRDS on monitoring of the Micro finance program on 31st May 2005.

Dr.S.Md.Hassan From World Bank, Special Collector SRBC, and ROR’s and ARO’s have visited BIRDS (Akumalla and Owk Villages) to see the rehabilitation work and Interacted with the PAP’s on 10 and 11 Of July 2004.
 
Mr.Ajay Rastogi Coordinator on Organic agriculture FAOUN has visited BIRDS to see the possibilities to study the forest produces and the marketing strategies on 15-17 July 2004

Dr.Daniel Gustafson, Resident representative of India and Bhutan of FAOUN and Dr.P.S.Rao the National Projects Coordinator FAO UN has visited BIRDS farm on 12th August 2004. For agreement signing ceremony of the project with FAO and by all the PNGOs and their agreements has also been sign on the same day..

A team from Portland lead by Dr.Ginny and Dr.George has come to BIRDS to do the social services especially the health services in the villages around farm from 5th September to 17th September 2004.

Land breaking ceremony of the community health center at Mutyalpadu villages done by Rt.Rev.Dr.G.T.Abraham, Bishop in Nandyal on 9th September 2004.

Mr. Deepak from FWWB has visited to BIRDS on 28-30 September 2004 on regular monitoring of the organization.

Ms.Nidhi Niranjan from FWWB on 8th and 9th of November 2004 has visited BIRDS on her regular monitoring on social security project.

Ms.Dakha Niranjan Sha has visited BIRDS during 27th November 2004 along with board of directors of FWWB.

Mr. Jacob Burke from FAOUN from Rome has visited to see the technical part of the project on 28th November 2004.

The team Sacrament USA (PHP-JHAH) has visited BIRDS and other PNGO’s on 3rd December 2004 to see and learn on the program implementation.
Mr. Bill Coddington has visited BIRDS from Portland between 22nd January 2005 to 3rd February 2005.

Ms.Eva Petermeier has visited between 12th February 2005 to 19th February 2005 and visited different activities of the organization.

Rt.Rev.Dr.Christaopher Asir, Bishop at Madhurai has visited BIRDS on 2nd March 2005 to participate in the Finance and Monitoring BIRDS.      

A team of 9 members from SAID, Miryalaguda and 14 members from CARVE, Markapur visited on exposure purpose to Allagadda APFAMGS project to know the project interventions on PHM Concept in December, 2004.

Ms.Eva Peter Meier visit: Ms.Eva Peter Meier from Germany visited our Allagadda-BIRDS-APFAMGS Project villages.  During her visit interacted with farmers about PHM concept and FFS and other AGR structures.

CRIDA Scientists: Visited R.Krishna Puram Watershed along with scientists and our team members, to explain completed Watershed activities and also organized farmer level interactions. During the interactions CRIDA scientists asked farmers what type watershed activities they are expecting from government side. At the same time farmers also freely expressed their expectation
