In our state, Telangana, Rayalaseema, and Northern Andhra reservoir  related villages are effected due to heavy inflow and out flow resulted damage of crops ,S.C, S.T, B.C, Minorities and farmers huts are damaged ,domestic vessels and food grains are washed out and roads , train tracks damaged and communications systems totally collapsed because of lack of power . All related projects captured by water. In our government estimation above 18 lakhs of people are effected but as per local knowledge 25 lakhs of people have been effected by flooding in 5 districts of A.P. 60 dead bodies identified by government but death flow rises to high number in kurnool. 2-3 lakhs of people are shifted to relief camps .500 and above people are died in entire Rayalseema. It is not a correct figure but number may be high that is publicized  by government inflow is decreased the water but out flowed rain get together and pass on the out flow in related northern Andhra and telangana irrigation projects reached the water. That’s why Krishna, Nagarjuna , Almat Dam , Jorala projects are in very serious condition . In Northern Andhra, Guntur, Vijayawada and Nalagonda also effected being low line villages. 85 villages are shifted to rehabilitation centers. Projects are seriously affected due to lack of water management, coordination, mining, Deforestation and encroach the tanks and canals in the name of the development.

Relief action teams of GO and NGO given tremendous service to effected area. This service provided only for access area. But in access area and outreach, panchayath out cuts, Hamlets are affected very seriously. Housing and food grains damaged. they only save the people’s life in this situation .Some of the people standing on height line area , KC canal bond searching for emergency felt need support like drinking water , Food , clothes and temporary net or tents . Children and aged people in this condition like heavy rainfall and flood water reach houses and heavy wind flows dangerously. The effected people demand for water, Food, clothes, Vessels and emergency tents immediately along with medicines.

• Effected area – preparation action force teams on local youth
• Effected needy people and families are identification – collective force preparation.
• Who are the people give the support through local committee.
• Each village or each relief center point out person put the banners who are the supporters from out side the Government and service people given support with proper supply. This process should not overlapping or mismanagement.
• Searching for felt need support communicated out side to local knowledge support leaders. In this way media, service people, Govt. people collectively in Village level, Mandal level or in District level to be need to preparation.
• Identifying the needy people
• Immediate relief is needed
• Long term rehabilitation plan to be done and executed in a systematic way.
• Relief and Rehabilitation Committees will be farmed
• R & R Advisory/steering committee will be formed at District level and State level along with beneficiaries.

Present relief work on war foot basis:

• Thousands of people are taking food, all of Our Network partners of BIRDS at Kurnool, Kadapa, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgond, Guntur and Krishna districts are providing food and temporary shelters to the victims.
• Medical and services are done in special way to the victims
• Support in temporary shelter homes with water for domestic use and drinking water is provided.
